The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) requires geolocated proof that coffee and cocoa didn't come from land cleared after December 2020. Açaí, maca and yerba mate are seeing fast-growing European demand — almost all of it conditional on organic certification and TRACES documentation. Most producers don't have the tools to produce this proof. Most buyers don't have the on-the-ground relationships to gather it. That gap is where LATAM2EU works.
